New edition of the Corporate Social social Responsibility" Pime Program 2023-2024

On June 12th, a new edition of the RSE.Pime program took place, organized by Respon.cat in collaboration with the Department of Labor of the Government of Catalonia and the Council of Chambers of Commerce of Catalonia.

This initiative empowers Catalan SMEs to elevate their competitiveness by refining their management of social responsibility. Today, embracing a sense of purpose and forging ahead toward sustainability stands as an imperative challenge for SMEs.

Responding to the question of how we understand social responsibility, Enric Nebot, Director of Expansion at ICDQ Group, underscores the criticality of environmental stewardship, social equity, sound governance, and a corporate ethos that extends care beyond self-interest to encompass the welfare of their teams. vocación que tiene la empresa de pensar no solo en la misma sino en su función y beneficio a la sociedad

ICDQ, alongside 16 other SMEs, engaged in a series of 10 collaborative workshops. Upon conclusion, in addition to the knowledge acquired, we have received a profile and diploma highlighting our commendable practices in social responsibility.

From ICDQ, we want to emphasize that our participation in RSE.Pime has allowed us to analyze and self-reflect on our current practices and identify areas where improvements can be made to enhance organizational efficiency.

During the closing ceremony, coinciding with Respon.cat’s tenth anniversary, a gathering convened all recent program participants, totaling 263 individuals.

At this event, ICDQ, together with ARaymond and RM Assesors, participated in a roundtable discussion sharing our testimony and experience in this enriching session.
